This 1975 Bing & Grondahl Christmas Jubilee plate was issued to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the first Bing & Grondahl Christmas plate in 1895. The motif of this 1975 Bing & Grondahl Christmas Jubilee plate is the same as the motif of the 1941 Bing & Grondahl Christmas plate. The title of this plate is Christmas Night in the Stable. The Bing & Grondahl Christmas plate was designed by Ove Larsen. The Bing & Grondahl Christmas Jubilee Plates were started in 1915 and are still being continued with a new Jubilee plate every fifth year which is manufactured in underglaze.
